Plans & credits

How pricing and usage work.

Plans differ on three things: how many credits you get, how many seats you can add, and which features are unlocked. Every plan runs the same underlying platform — some capabilities are available on every plan (web research, image generation, and creating & viewing documents & reports), while a few of the heavier capabilities are gated to paid tiers: working with your data and memory start on Office, and computer use starts on Builder. Everything is metered by credits on top of that.

A note on documents: every plan can create and view reports and deliverables. Downloading/exporting the file (e.g. saving a PDF to your machine) starts on Office. GitHub (connecting a repo, importing, and transfers) is also Office and up — lower tiers can't link a repository. And each plan caps how many active projects you can have (see below).

Which plan?

  • Free — get real work done solo with web research, image generation, and documents & reports.
  • Office — unlock your own material and stack: data & analysis, memory, knowledge bases, GitHub, and integrations.
  • Builder — everything in Office plus computer use (an org owner/admin turns it on for your workspace in Settings → Organization), with 3× the credits and double the seats — for teams building at volume.
  • Pro — put work on autopilot with recurring tasks and heartbeats, and build your own custom agents.

Every plan includes one seat; additional seats are billed monthly — $25 each on Office, $85 on Builder, $170 on Pro. Annual billing gives two months free. The pricing page is the definitive comparison.

Credits

Credits are spent when agents work — running tasks, using tools, running sandboxes; read-only actions are free. Run low mid-month? Buy a one-time top-up (available on paid plans) — those never expire.
